According to "Tema Sport", Arda negotiated with Levski to sign 21-year-old Bulgarian striker Borislav Rupanov on loan until the end of the season. Arda's coach, Aleksandar Tunchev, recently revealed that his club had reached an agreement with a player targeted for the attack, but the transfer was not completed. Instead of moving to Arda, Rupanov was sold by Levski to the Polish club Gurnik Zabrze for a fee of 150,000 euros. Rupanov, who has 13 caps and 2 goals for the Bulgaria U21 team, made 17 appearances in the efbet Liga during the 2025/2026 season, scoring 3 goals and providing 3 assists. He joins Górnik Zabrze on a contract that runs until June 30, 2029. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €1.20m.
