22-year-old Norwegian Bo Hegland is a top target for Anderlecht, as the club seeks to add creativity to its midfield. Hegland moved to the Swedish club Djurgården last summer for just under a million, and his record of eight goals and 17 assists in 26 appearances has drawn notice from Newcastle and Lorient. Anderlecht has submitted a formal offer for the player, who is contracted in Stockholm until mid-2029. His market value of 2.5 million is thought to be likely insufficient to complete the transfer.
