Negotiations are continuing between Galatasaray and Konyaspor for the transfer of Turkish international Berkan Kutlu. According to reports, the clubs have largely reached an agreement. It is stated that Galatasaray will not demand a transfer fee for the 27-year-old midfielder, as the club wishes to facilitate the move to create space in their squad and provide an opportunity for the player. Kutlu, who is not part of the technical staff's plans and has had limited playing time partly due to injury, has made seven appearances in the Süper Lig this season. He is said to be open to joining a team where he can play regularly. Konyaspor reportedly considers the signing important to strengthen their midfield, and the transfer is expected to be finalized soon. Kutlu's contract expires in June 2026, and he originally joined Galatasaray from Alanyaspor in the summer of 2021 for a 4 million Euro fee. His current market value is €2.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
