The player himself has indicated that Legia Warszawa has priority in any potential talks, a stance he also expressed in November of last year. Last summer, there were also reports linking Bereszyński with a return to Poland and he held talks with Raków Częstochowa, but he later revealed that Legia was the only Polish club he would have seriously considered before ultimately accepting Palermo's offer. The defender has 59 caps for Poland and his current Transfermarkt market value is €450k.
