VfL Wolfsburg announced this on Thursday morning. Franjic was previously loaned for half a year to Shakhtar Donetsk and for another half year to his home club Dinamo Zagreb last season.

Bartol Franjic will not play for VfL Wolfsburg in the next season. The 25-year-old midfielder was loaned to Shakhtar Donetsk and then to Dinamo Zagreb last season. He is likely to move to the Italian Serie B team FC Venedig on another loan. He played five Bundesliga games for Wolfsburg in the 2022/23 season.
