According to Mundo Deportivo, Granada has acquired central defender Bambo Diaby on loan from Elche until the end of the season. Both clubs announced the move on Thursday. The 29-year-old Senegalese player, who also holds Spanish citizenship, arrives to reinforce Granada's defensive line and is the club's fifth reinforcement of the winter transfer window. Diaby joined Elche in August 2024 and is under contract with the club until June 2027. In the 2025/2026 season, he has made 4 appearances in LaLiga. His current Transfermarkt valuation is €800k.
