Getafe CF is interested in signing Ayman Aiki from AS Saint-Étienne as a replacement for Álvaro Rodríguez. Aiki is a 20-year-old promising talent in French and world football. He played 19 matches last season, scoring two goals and providing two assists. His contract with AS Saint-Étienne runs until June 2026, but he could negotiate with any club for a free transfer starting next January if not sold this summer. Getafe CF sees this as a future investment.

Ayman Aiki is also coveted by some German teams. He is looking for more playing time to enhance his prospects of playing in the U20 World Cup 2025.
