Portuguese right-back Aurélio Buta, 28, has completed a transfer from Eintracht Frankfurt to Copenhagen for an undisclosed fee, with the move being one of the Bundesliga deals finalised on 30 January. The former Portugal U20 international made 4 appearances in the Bundesliga for Frankfurt during the current season and joins the Danish club on a contract until 30/06/2026. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €3.00m. In May 2025, reports indicated that Stade Reims had a €6 million purchase option for the player, which they did not exercise, and a transfer to Panathinaikos reportedly did not proceed in August 2025 over a fee between €1.3 million and €1.5 million. VfL Bochum had also been linked with a move for the player.
