It has been reported that Rangers prospect Ashton Scally, 16, has agreed to sign his first professional contract with the club. The left-back will sign a three-year deal, having rejected interest from Premier League clubs including Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, and Tottenham Hotspur. Offers from abroad for the teenager were also rejected in favour of him remaining in Glasgow.
