The interest of Werder Bremen in Arthur Piedfort has been confirmed by Het Nieuwsblad.

A report from 'DeichStube', which is in agreement with the portal 'Voetbalnieuws.be', states that SVW would like to sign Arthur Piedfort from KVC Westerlo and that an initial contact has reportedly already taken place.

Arthur Piedfort, a 21-year-old Belgian defensive midfielder, has attracted interest from abroad following a very good season at KVC Westerlo. Both Werder Bremen and Genoa are interested in the player. In the 2025/2026 Jupiler Pro League season, he made 27 appearances, scored 2 goals, and provided 3 assists.
