Al Wasl from the United Arab Emirates has submitted a formal proposal to Botafogo for Brazilian striker Arthur Cabral, who is 27, during the current transfer window. The values of the offer were not revealed. In the same window, the player had also been previously approached by Torino from Italy. The Italian club did not formalize their interest into a proposal and had only signaled a potential offer of €10 million plus €2 million in variables. Cabral's contract with Botafogo is valid until December 2028. His transfer from Benfica to the Brazilian club in June 2025 was for a reported €12 million, and his move from Fiorentina to Benfica in August 2023 was for a reported €20 million. His current Transfermarkt valuation is €9 million.
