Plymouth striker Bim Pepple is a potential target for Middlesbrough, who may be looking for a new attacker. The 23-year-old Canadian-English forward is considered one of League One's top players, noted for his energy, pace, and direct style. While seen as a raw talent, it is believed Pepple has the attributes to reach a high level in the future, and he could be a beneficial long-term signing for Boro. His current club, Argyle, are pursuing promotion and would want to keep him, but a deal is considered possible if Middlesbrough meets their financial valuation. Pepple, who joined Plymouth in July 2025 and is yet to be capped by Canada at senior level, has a current market value of €375k, according to Transfermarkt. Several other clubs, including Rangers, Norwich City and Watford, have also been linked with him. Reports from September 2026 mentioned a potential seven-figure release clause, and in July 2026 it was suggested a fee over £750,000 would be required.
