FC Midtjylland has rejected selling Aral Simsir this winter. Kristian Bach Bak stated to Viaplay that there could be even more interesting opportunities for Aral Simsir in the summer, and said if Aral Simsir continues to perform, the club might talk to even more exciting clubs in the summer.

According to a statement from Kristian Bach Bak, FC Midtjylland aims to break the Superliga transfer record with one of its current attacking players, including Aral Simsir.

Aral Şimşir, a 23-year-old Turkish-Danish winger, stated that Trabzonspor and other clubs are interested in him. In the current 2025/2026 season, he has 5 goals and 11 assists in 17 Superliga appearances for FC Midtjylland, which he joined in July 2021. His contract with the Danish club is valid until June 2029. A formal offer of €7 million plus €1 million in add-ons was reportedly made by Trabzonspor in January 2026. His current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €6.00m.
