22-year-old Cameroonian winger Loïc Essomba will join Al Kholood in Saudi Arabia after leaving FC Inter Turku. A representative for Al Kholood confirmed that a fee of €400,000 was paid to buy out his contract. Essomba, who joined the Finnish team in January 2025 from MSK Žilina in Slovakia, attracted Al Kholood's interest after scoring 7 goals and providing 10 assists in 27 league matches during his first season.
