Rangers have emerged as an interested party for Antef Tsoungui, the 23-year-old Belgian and English Estoril Centre-Back. This marks a second potential opportunity for Tsoungui to leave this summer, as a move to Saint-Etienne earlier in the window did not proceed when the clubs could not agree on a fee. Estoril is seeking between £4.3 million and £5.1 million for the player. It is reported that Tsoungui is also being monitored by Southampton and other unnamed continental clubs. Tsoungui joined Estoril in September 2025 and has a contract until June 2029. He has one cap for Belgium U21 and his current market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €1.00m.
