Ilie Lemnaru, president of Unirea Slobozia, confirmed that there are several offers from Superliga clubs for 21-year-old Romanian right-back Andrei Dorobanțu. Lemnaru stated that Dorobanțu is the only player at this moment for whom there are several offers from Liga 1, but that these are not currently financial offers and discussions on the financial aspect have not yet begun. He said there are several offers and a choice will be made. One possibility, he mentioned, is a loan with a percentage for the club from a future sale. Lemnaru stated that the decision will be made together with the board and the administration council. Dorobanțu joined AFC Unirea 04 Slobozia in July 2021 and has a contract that runs until June 2027. In the 2025/2026 season, he made 30 appearances and provided 1 assist in the domestic league.
