Andrea Meroni Transfer from Reggiana to Avellino
According to Tuttomercato, Avellino is interested in acquiring Andrea Meroni from Reggiana. The club is keen on the Italian defender, but they face competition from Palermo, which is also negotiating with Reggiana and considering a loan deal involving Giangiacomo Magnani. Meroni, born in 1997, previously played under coach Caserta at Cosenza, which makes the potential transfer particularly appealing. The move might include an exchange with Alessandro Tripaldelli, a left-back who has been struggling to secure playing time at his current team. If the deal goes through, Meroni could join Avellino on a permanent basis. His current contract with Reggiana is set to expire in June 2026, with his market value estimated at €600,000 by Transfermarkt.
