Latvian right-back Alvis Jaunzems, 27, received a termination notice from Lechia Gdańsk on Saturday. Lechia Gdańsk cited Article 9 of PZPN Resolution No. 6/90, which permits the unilateral termination of a contract due to a long-term inability to play confirmed by a medical certificate. Jaunzems has 46 caps for his country and joined the club in July 2025. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is estimated at €300k.
