Cagliari has expressed interest in acquiring Alieu Fadera, an offensive winger currently playing for Como. The club, under the guidance of coach Fabio Pisacane, began initial contact on July 3rd, with the intention of negotiating a loan deal that includes an option to purchase. Last season, Fadera participated in Serie B, making 28 appearances, scoring once, and providing four assists. The Gambian player, born in 2001, is considered an ideal candidate to improve the quality of Cagliari's squad, following their successful efforts to secure Elia Caprile and Roberto Piccoli. Nonetheless, Cagliari is not alone in their pursuit, as Pisa, led by coach Alberto Gilardino, also regards Fadera as a valuable addition to strengthen their offensive lineup.
