Ali Yusuf Transfer from Club Africain to Nantes
Nantes, which is seeking to strengthen its defense, is expected to sign Libyan international central defender Ali Youssef from Tunisian club Club Africain. The French club had previously been interested in the 24-year-old last summer. An agreement between the two clubs is reportedly close for a transfer fee of approximately 500,000 euros. Youssef, who has been at Club Africain for two and a half seasons, is set to sign a contract until 2028. He would become the third winter signing for Nantes after Rémy Cabella and Ibrahima Sissoko, alongside wildcard signing Deiver Machado and the return of Ignatius Ganago from loan, while Yassine Benhattab and Hyun-seok Hong have left the club. For Libya, Youssef has 22 caps. This season in the league, he has made 13 appearances and scored 2 goals. His current market value is €800k, according to Transfermarkt.
