Italian Centre-Back Alessandro Fontanarosa, 23, has left Avellino to join the Belgian club Oud-Heverlee Leuven on a loan deal that includes an option to buy. Oud-Heverlee Leuven plays in the Jupiler Pro League, the top Belgian league. Fontanarosa, who has been capped once for the Italy U21 team, joined Avellino on 20/08/2025 and has a contract with the club until 30/06/2028. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.40m.
