Álejandro Cantero Transfer from Tenerife to Jagiellonia Białystok
Alejandro Cantero has become the latest addition to Jagiellonia Białystok, joining as a winger. Having been without a club since early July, he has penned a two-year deal with an option for an extra season. This transfer addresses the void left by the exits of Czurlinow, Semedo, and Hansen. Cantero, who has 29 La Liga appearances to his name, has also been part of CD Tenerife, CD Brunete, and the youth squads of Real Madrid, Real Valladolid, and Levante. Jagiellonia's sporting director, Łukasz Masłowski, suggested that Cantero might be the final acquisition of the summer transfer window, as the club prepares its roster for the new season commencing in mid-July. Cantero bolsters the team alongside other recent signings, including Bernardo Vital, Dimitris Rallis, and Louka Prip.
