L’Équipe reports that links connecting Alan Virginius to Genoa FC have diminished.

According to Tuttomercato, Alan Virginius of Young Boys is one of the profiles Genoa finds most suitable for the role of offensive winger.

Serie A club Genoa has shown serious interest in Alan Virginius due to his pace. According to the newspaper L'Equipe, Young Boys are demanding ten to fifteen million for Virginius. The player currently has a muscle injury that will prevent him from playing for about a month, making a transfer abroad in this transfer window unlikely.

Genoa is targeting Alan Virginius of Young Boys for the summer transfer window, as the club seeks young talent for coach De Rossi to develop. The 23-year-old French winger has drawn interest from major European leagues after a season in Switzerland where he recorded 6 goals and 9 assists in 34 league matches. Genoa's interest is not new, as the club also pursued him last summer when he was on loan from Lille. The coach at the time, Patrick Vieira, particularly appreciated him, but Young Boys ultimately purchased the player's contract.
