Negotiations between 24-year-old Algerian midfielder Akram Bouras and Levski for a new contract are delayed due to Bouras' injury. Preliminary talks have been held between Levski, the midfielder, and his agent to explore their positions. At this stage, Levski is optimistic that they will reach an agreement with the midfielder and his agent. Both parties maintain that the priority is for Bouras to recover and regain his pre-injury form. After that, decisive discussions will take place. Bouras joined Levski Sofia in August 2025, and his current contract is valid until June 2028. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €2.50m. Several European clubs, including Lens, Toulouse, Olympiakos, and AEK Athens, have also been linked with the player.
