Ahmed Touba is expected to leave Panathinaikos after rejecting proposals from Dutch clubs Utrecht and Nijmegen. The 28-year-old Algerian centre-back categorically rejected both offers in order to move to France. Touba will join Le Havre on loan for the 2026-2027 season, and the agreement will not include a purchase option. Touba, who has 15 caps and one goal for Algeria, joined Panathinaikos in July 2025 and has a contract with the club until 2028. His current market value is €2.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
