CSKA Moscow and Spartak Moscow have a serious interest in acquiring 28-year-old Algerian international defender Ahmed Touba from Panathinaikos. Both Moscow clubs consider the central defender a priority target ahead of the summer transfer window. It is considered possible that Touba will leave Panathinaikos this summer if an offer that satisfies the Athens club is made. According to the website TransferMarket, his transfer value is estimated at 2.5 million euros. Touba, who has 15 caps and one goal for Algeria, joined the Greek club in July 2025 and his contract runs until 2028. He made 19 appearances in the Super League 1 during the 2025/2026 season.
