Levadiakos is set to sign Adrian Șut, a 27-year-old Romanian international defensive midfielder. The club had promoted the signing on social media as a significant transfer for its 65th anniversary and had hinted that the player would be from Romania. Șut, who is represented by Italian agent Federico Pastorello, will join on loan from Al Ain, and the deal could potentially include a purchase option. It is expected that Levadiakos will cover a significant part of his substantial salary. The midfielder wanted to leave Al Ain after a disagreement. He had moved to the club last January for a reported fee of €1,400,000 and won the UAE championship there. The transfer reunites him with the current Levadiakos coach, Ilias Charalambous, with whom he previously won a championship at Steaua. The Italian club Frosinone was also pursuing the player. His market value is estimated to be €3,500,000, having previously reached €4,500,000.
