Villarreal is one of several clubs interested in signing Kasimpasa's 21-year-old Tunisian defender, Adem Arous. AS Monaco and Stade Rennais from Ligue 1 are also interested in the player. Galatasaray also remains interested in Arous; it was reported that the club was close to signing him a few months ago. It is understood that Kasimpasa is asking for a transfer fee between €5 million and €6 million for the defender, who has decided to wait until after the World Cup to decide on his future. Arous has one cap for Tunisia, joined his current club in September 2025, and has a contract that runs until 2028. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €1.00m.
