According to the Spanish newspaper Estadio Deportivo, Valencia is looking to strengthen its goalkeeping position for the upcoming season. The publication noted that among the names being considered are Real Oviedo's Aaron Escandell and Deportivo Alavés's Antonio Cevilla. Escandell is a 30-year-old Spanish goalkeeper. He joined his club in July 2024 and has a contract until June 2027. During the 2025/2026 season, he has made 29 appearances in LaLiga. His current Transfermarkt market value is €3.00m. Torino and West Ham United have also been linked with the player.
