Bologna is in negotiations with Watford to sell Federico Ravaglia, a 26-year-old Italian goalkeeper. Contacts between the two clubs are ongoing to reach an agreement. Watford has expressed strong interest in the player to the Serie A club, and the purchase talks are now in a key phase, with developments expected soon. Previously, other clubs had approached Bologna for Ravaglia, but Bologna consistently rejected temporary loan solutions because its preference is for a permanent transfer.
A transfer to the English club would also allow Bologna to avoid strengthening a direct competitor for qualification to European competitions. Ravaglia, who joined Bologna in July 2017, has a contract until June 2028 and made 17 appearances in Serie A during the 2025/2026 season. Other clubs recently linked to him include Torino, Udinese, and Parma.
