Valencia has renewed its interest in Beşiktaş player Wilfred Ndidi, whom the Spanish team was also interested in last summer. It is reported that the club has re-established contact and intends to make a loan proposal in January for the 29-year-old Nigerian defensive midfielder, which would include a purchase option. A claim has been made that Ndidi is receptive to the transfer and wants to join Valencia to play in LaLiga.
Ndidi's contract with the Turkish club, which he joined in August 2025, runs until June 2028. The Nigerian international has 75 caps and one goal. His performance in the Süper Lig this season includes 14 appearances, one goal, and one assist. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €10.00m. Real Betis and Manchester United were also reportedly among the clubs interested in the player last summer.
