Anatoliy Trubin is being monitored by Tottenham Hotspur, who could attempt to sign the Ukrainian international, who has 27 caps for his country, in the next transfer window. Tottenham's interest is contingent on the potential departure of their 29-year-old Italian goalkeeper, Guglielmo Vicario, who is reportedly a target for Inter after losing his starting position in the second half of the season. Trubin, aged 24, has been identified as an alternative whose youth and potential for development are considered attractive by the London club.

The player has expressed his intention to continue at Benfica but has not guaranteed he will remain. England is a career objective for Trubin, and a move was considered at the end of his 2023/24 debut season. He joined Benfica from Shakhtar in 2023 for €10 million plus €1 million in add-ons and has a contract until 2028 that includes a €100 million release clause. According to Transfermarkt, the goalkeeper has a current market value of €25.00m. Reports from early 2026 suggest Benfica would be willing to negotiate for a fee of around €40 million.
