Several top clubs including Paris St. Germain, AC Milan, Manchester United, and SSC Neapel, as well as Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund, are interested in Olympique Marseille's 18-year-old French centre-forward Robinio Vaz. The player has also so far rejected an extension to his contract, which is valid until 2028.
However, it is reported that AS Rom are in the leading position to sign him and are close to an agreement with Marseille for a winter transfer, with only small details remaining to be settled. The transfer would cost €25 million including potential bonuses, and Vaz's training club, FC Sochaux, will receive around 15 percent of that sum. An approach from Bayer Leverkusen for the player was also recently unsuccessful.
