Roma and Fiorentina are considering a potential swap of their strikers on loan during the next transfer window. The proposed deal would see Ukrainian centre-forward Artem Dovbyk, 28, move to Fiorentina, with Roberto Piccoli moving to Roma.

Fiorentina is looking for a new attacker because of the possible departure of Moise Kean, and sporting director Paratici is evaluating Dovbyk, who has been sidelined with a long-term injury this year. Piccoli is viewed as a possible alternative for Roma's attack, which is set to be improved. Dovbyk joined Roma in August 2024 and has a contract with the club until June 2029. His current market value is €15.00m, according to Transfermarkt. The striker has earned 40 caps and scored 11 goals for Ukraine, and has also been linked with Milan.
