The German club Borussia Dortmund is also monitoring the player. Mbaye has attracted interest from the Premier League as well, where Tottenham and Aston Villa have pursued him for several weeks. Manchester City has reportedly included him in their list of potential summer transfers. It is said that PSG is willing to sell the winger.
