The latest transfer rumours surrounding Rangers include a new link to French defender Sankhoun Diawara. Our analysis of the past seven days shows the club has been tied to 20 possible arrivals and 8 potential exits, with the hottest storyline currently concerning Ivor Pandur. Below are the latest updates on the most important transfer rumours.

Vanja Dragojević

According to Serbian outlet Mozzart Sport on Thursday, Partizan rejected an offer from Rangers for Vanja Dragojević that was reportedly around £3.9m. The report adds that there is still potential for negotiation, as Partizan is seeking a fee closer to £4.7m and a sell-on clause. Earlier on Thursday, reports in Serbia claimed the Ibrox club had made a concrete offer of around £4m for the Partizan holding midfielder. Partizan's sporting director Radosav Petrovic confirmed an offer has been submitted for the player but did not name the club involved.

Sankhoun Diawara

On Thursday, it was reported that Rangers have become interested in signing Sankhoun Diawara, a 20-year-old central defender for ESTAC, and are closely monitoring his situation. The Scottish club joins FC Basel in being interested in the U21 international, with the Swiss side having reportedly made significant progress on the deal. Although Troyes hope to convince Diawara to extend his contract, which is valid until June 2027, the player currently has no intention of signing a new deal.

Lewis Ferguson

Rangers held initial talks with Bologna on Wednesday as they increase their efforts to sign Lewis Ferguson. According to reports in Italy, the Serie A club values the Scotland international at £17.2 million, and exploratory discussions have begun between the two clubs regarding the finances needed for a deal. Corriere di Bologna stated that Derek McInnes is dreaming of signing his former Aberdeen player. On Monday, TEAMtalk understood that Rangers remain interested in the midfielder, with sources close to the player indicating he is very open to a move to Ibrox.

Elijah Just

According to sources for Football Insider on Thursday, Rangers are facing new difficulties in their attempt to sign Motherwell winger Elijah Just this summer, with competition for his signature currently open. Just is in the final year of his contract at Motherwell, and it is understood that the required fee to sign him will be significantly less than £5 million. The player has recently made it clear that he wants to be playing at the highest possible level next season. On Tuesday, it was reported that The Saints are competing with Celtic and Rangers to sign the right winger.

Casper Widell

On Tuesday, it was reported that Rangers are strongly linked with Excelsior defender Casper Widell in a potential deal valued at £2 million. The club may now make him their primary defensive target after the failure to sign Luke Graham. Excelsior are reportedly willing to sell the defender for a fee between £2 million and £2.5 million.

Mikey Moore

Rangers want Mikey Moore back at Ibrox and are waiting to see if a loan could be available, as a permanent deal is not an option, it was reported on Tuesday. According to Tottenham journalist Alasdair Gold, via Football London, the plan for Moore is to start pre-season with Tottenham because Roberto De Zerbi wants to observe the young talent closely. If Moore is not ready for Tottenham, De Zerbi would reportedly allow a loan if he got regular playing time, and a return to Ibrox would be suitable for Tottenham's desired loan scenario.

Luke Graham

It was reported on Wednesday that Stoke City are favored to sign centre-back Luke Graham over fellow Championship side Portsmouth and Rangers. A day earlier, reports from north of the border stated that bids have been lodged for the player. Dundee rejected a £1.5m offer from Portsmouth in January and have set an initial asking price of £2m for him this summer.
