PSV are being linked with a new striker in AS Monaco's Mika Biereth as the transfer window continues to heat up. Our analysis of the past seven days shows the club has been tied to 10 possible arrivals and 2 potential exits. The hottest storyline right now revolves around Alphadjo Cissè, but below is the latest news on all the most important transfer rumours surrounding the club.
Mika Biereth
The name of AS Monaco's Mika Biereth was mentioned on Wednesday as a possible target for PSV. The club is reportedly looking for a potential successor for Ricardo Pepi, and the 22-year-old Danish and English striker is said to be on a list that also includes other players. Biereth, who previously played on loan for RKC Waalwijk, transferred to AS Monaco a year ago for approximately thirteen million euros and his contract was extended until mid-2030, though he is not currently guaranteed a starting position. Juventus has also been recently linked with the player, whose current market value is €22.00m according to Transfermarkt. In July 2025, Monaco's asking price was reportedly £40 million.
Yanis Massolin
A report from Avantigialli.com on Tuesday stated that PSV Eindhoven are preparing an offer to convince Modena to sell Yanis Massolin. That same day, transfer journalist Gianluca Di Marzio also reported that PSV has shown interest in the 23-year-old French attacking midfielder. His Serie B club, Modena, is not willing to facilitate a winter departure for the player and wants to retain him until at least the upcoming summer. Massolin, whose transfer value is estimated to be between seven and eight million euros, has a contract valid until the summer of 2028. Other clubs such as Fiorentina, Udinese, and Lazio have also reportedly been associated with him.
Alphadjo Cissè
According to Tuttomercato on Wednesday, Verona has rejected a proposal from PSV Eindhoven for Alphadjo Cissè. An offer of 7 million euros was reportedly made in recent hours, but Verona does not intend to accept less than 10 million euros, including bonuses. The player is said to be open to the move, and further bids are expected. Earlier on Wednesday, Gianluca Di Marzio reported that the only thing lacking was an agreement between Hellas Verona and Catanzaro, where Cissè is currently on loan. Before Verona can sell him, they would first need to recall Cissè, and Catanzaro wants to receive money to allow the midfielder to return. On Tuesday, L'Arena reported that Catanzaro set a compensation price of one million euros, while Verona's proposal was around 500,000 euros.
Ricardo Pepi
On Wednesday, SunSport reported that Fulham are pursuing Ricardo Pepi and are less than £1 million away from meeting PSV's valuation. The report claims Fulham offered a £29.5m package, but PSV are demanding £30.4m. PSV will not approve a deal on deadline day and will require a replacement to be arranged first. Earlier that day, Eindhovens Dagblad reported that negotiations were stalled after PSV rejected Fulham's latest offer of 32 million euros. According to David Ornstein on Tuesday, Fulham remain in the leading position to sign the forward.
Ivan Perišić
According to Rik Elfrink on Wednesday, Ivan Perišić is of significant interest to his former club, Internazionale. PSV does not want to allow Perišić to leave, but opportunities may exist for the Italian club. Perišić wants to continue playing in the Champions League, and if PSV advances, they are unlikely to let him leave. On Tuesday, Sky Italia reported that Inter Milan is interested in bringing the player back and plans to proceed after PSV's final Champions League group stage match this Wednesday, adding that an offer is conditional on the Dutch club's elimination.
Álvaro Rodríguez
On Monday, it was reported that PSV are considering signing a new striker and have been linked with 21-year-old Elche CF forward Álvaro Rodríguez. However, club watcher Rik Elfrink questioned whether the player would be affordable. Rodríguez, who was part of the Real Madrid youth academy, is understood to be subject to a buy-back option held by the Madrid club that is reportedly worth tens of millions. The Uruguayan-Spanish forward is under contract at Elche until June 2029 and has a current market value of €4.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
Rayan Elloumi
Young Vancouver Whitecaps attacker Rayan Elloumi is attracting growing interest from Juventus and PSV Eindhoven, according to a report on Sunday. Sources claim scouts from both clubs have been closely monitoring the Tunisian-Canadian player in recent months. It is also reported that both Juventus and PSV have already contacted the player's entourage and agent to inquire about his contractual situation and the demands of his current club.
