Monaco and Newcastle United have reached an agreement for the transfer of Aladji Bamba, a 20-year-old French midfielder. The deal is reported to be for a little over €40 million, which includes bonuses. Bamba has been authorized to travel for a medical and to sign a long-term contract with the English club.
In the 2025/2026 Ligue 1 season, Bamba made 18 appearances for Monaco and provided 2 assists. He has also been capped 7 times by the France U20 national team. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €18.00m.
