Spanish goalkeeper David De Gea, 35, has one year left on his contract with Fiorentina and was proposed to Inter in recent days. Inter are seeking an experienced goalkeeper because Yann Sommer will depart at the end of June, but their budget for the position is not substantial, and it is not known if it would be sufficient to acquire the player. Fiorentina no longer considers the goalkeeper non-transferable.
Juventus is also reportedly considering De Gea as an alternative if their situation with Alisson Becker does not resolve. De Gea has expressed a desire to remain in Florence, but it is thought that an offer from a club like Inter or Juventus would be difficult to refuse. De Gea joined Fiorentina in August 2024, has 45 caps for Spain, and his current market value is €3.50m, according to Transfermarkt.
