Hearts will only consider offers for 26-year-old Portuguese centre-forward Cláudio Braga that start at £8 million. According to reports in France, Lyon are in talks to sign the Premiership Player of the Year. Jamestown Analytics has valued Braga between £8 million and £10 million, and the club will only consider a sale at that price. Hearts want to secure a significant profit on the player, whom they signed from the Norwegian second tier for £400,000 last summer.
In the 2025/2026 Scottish Premiership season, Braga scored 14 goals and provided 5 assists in 33 appearances, and his current contract runs until May 2028. It was reported that Hearts rejected offers of approximately £5m for the player in January 2026. His market value on Transfermarkt is currently €7.00m.
