Fulham consider Genk striker Hyeon-gyu Oh

The Premier League club has held talks regarding a potential transfer for the South Korean attacker.

Fulham are considering KRC Genk's 24-year-old striker Hyeon-gyu Oh as an alternative to their target Ricardo Pepi of PSV. The Premier League club has held talks with Genk regarding the South Korean attacker, and it was reported that the discussions were positive. Oh was previously linked with Feyenoord and Beşiktaş and is one of several options for the London club, which also remains seriously interested in Pepi and has been connected with Oscar Bobb from Manchester City.

Oh joined KRC Genk in July 2024, and his contract is valid until June 30, 2028. During the current 2025/2026 Jupiler Pro League season, he has scored 6 goals and provided 3 assists in 19 appearances. For South Korea, he has 24 caps and 6 goals. His current market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €7.00m. It was reported in September 2025 that there was an initial transfer agreement with VfB Stuttgart for a fee between €25 million and €28 million before the deal collapsed.
