Rumors suggesting that Brighton & Hove Albion and Newcastle United were interested in Feyenoord's winger Anis Hadj Moussa have been dismissed. While no bid has been made from an English club, the Saudi club Al Ahli submitted a thirty million euro offer. The 24-year-old Algerian international, who has 18 caps and 2 goals for his country, personally rejected that proposal because he is said to be interested only in a transfer to the Premier League.

Hadj Moussa joined Feyenoord in July 2024 for a fee reported to be €3.5 million, and his current contract is valid until 2030. Recent reports state that Feyenoord is seeking a club-record fee of approximately €37 million for the player, with an asking price of €35 million for Premier League clubs. His current market value on Transfermarkt is €23.00m.
