Premier League club Everton is a potential candidate for Estoril's central defender Kévin Boma, who has interest from several European clubs. Estoril has not yet received any formal offers for the 23-year-old French-Togolese player, but the Portuguese club is asking for around €5 million for him. This potential investment is considered minor for Everton, which has superior financial resources.
Another interested party, Widzew Lodz from Poland, was reportedly deterred by the asking price, as the club's intended offer was up to €2 million. Other clubs monitoring the defender are Glasgow Rangers, Union Berlin, and Basel. Boma has 10 caps for Togo. These clubs all made contact last summer but did not advance their interest. Boma joined Estoril in July 2024 from Rodez for a reported €250,000, and his contract expires in June 2028. In the current Liga Portugal season, he has made 16 appearances and scored one goal. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is €4.00m.
