An agreement has been reached between RB Leipzig and Strasbourg for the loan of Conrad Harder. The 21-year-old Danish striker is scheduled to have his medical examination with Strasbourg today. It was reported that he was a target for Sevilla FC and other European clubs.
Harder has 13 caps and 4 goals for Denmark's U21 team. He had joined Leipzig from Sporting Portugal a year ago for a fee of €24 million and had difficulty establishing himself in the Bundesliga. His contract with the German club runs until 2030. His current market value is listed by Transfermarkt at €17 million. His transfer history includes a €19 million transfer to Sporting in September 2024, and there was reported interest from Chelsea for as high as €42-€50 million in January 2025.
