Brighton open to loaning out Diego Coppola

Several Serie A clubs are reportedly considering a potential transfer for the Italian international defender.

Brighton are open to a dry loan for Diego Coppola until the end of the season. The 22-year-old Italian international is a central defender. The aim of the loan is to provide him with more playing time, as he has had limited opportunities since moving from Hellas Verona last summer, making five Premier League appearances. His transfer fee was reportedly €11 million.

It is reported that several Serie A clubs are considering the player. Fiorentina is described as being attentive to the situation, while AC Milan possibly views him as a developing idea. Additionally, Torino and Hellas Verona have been noted as interested. Verona could potentially have him return a few months after he left. Coppola has two caps for Italy, is under contract until June 2030, and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €10.00m.
