AFC Bournemouth is interested in Vasco Da Gama's talented 19-year-old Brazilian striker, Rayan. The English club will offer 35 million euros for the player, with the deal also including a percentage of a future transfer. Rayan, who has a contract with the Brazilian club until the end of 2028, has 11 caps and 2 goals for Brazil's U20 team and a Transfermarkt market value of €25.00m. Several other European clubs, including Lazio, Zenit, and Newcastle United, have also been linked with the forward.
In January 2026, reports indicated Vasco's asking price had lowered to €35 million, and in December 2025, the club rejected an offer from Zenit that was reported to be €31 million. A new contract signed in December 2025 includes a release clause that is reportedly €80 million.
