Bologna and Sevilla have both submitted official proposals to West Ham United for Soungoutou Magassa, who is expected to leave following the club's relegation. Both clubs have offered a paid loan with an obligation to buy, a structure that is appealing to the management of the British club as they need to reduce their wage bill and it guarantees a future cash inflow.

The 22-year-old French-Malian player, a midfielder valued at over €17 million, is now analyzing both offers, and a decision is said to be imminent. Other clubs such as Olympique de Marseille, Olympique Lyonnais, LOSC, and RB Leipzig had also previously inquired about him. Magassa, who has three caps for France U23, is under contract with West Ham until 2031.
