Beşiktaş has progressed in negotiations for Al Hilal's 27-year-old Uruguayan forward, Darwin Núñez, with the club's management working to finalize the details of a proposed loan deal. It is reported that the parties are now mostly in agreement on the contract terms. Beşiktaş has reportedly offered Al Hilal a 4 million euro fee for the loan.
Nunez is said to be interested in continuing his career in Europe and is reportedly positive about the project at the Turkish club. The forward joined the Saudi club in August 2025 and his contract there runs until 2028. Nunez has 41 caps and 13 goals for Uruguay and, according to Transfermarkt, has a current market value of €20.00m. FC Barcelona and Atlanta United are other clubs that have been recently linked with him.
