Bayern Munich is monitoring 24-year-old Dutch international Brian Brobbey for a potential summer transfer and is showing strong interest. The striker has impressed richer clubs, with FC Bayern München being the only one named, during his first season at Sunderland due to his physical strength and mobility, registering one goal and five assists in six Premier League appearances.

Sunderland might sell Brobbey for around double the €20 to €25 million they paid Ajax for him last year. The Dutch international, who has 10 caps and one goal for his country, has a contract until 2029 and a market value estimated by Transfermarkt to be €25.00m. Aston Villa has also been linked with the player. At Bayern, Harry Kane is the current first-choice striker, and the club also has Nicolas Jackson on loan from Chelsea.
