Bundesliga clubs FC Augsburg and Mainz were interested in 23-year-old Danish winger Victor Lind and Hammarby demanded around 90 million kronor to consider a sale. Following this, a Turkish club offered 100 million kronor for the winger, but Hammarby rejected the bid.
